Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture
County Farm
Production area : Aya Town, located in the center of Miyazaki Prefecture, is a town of organic farming. The town is developing in a way that makes use of the natural ecosystem, and the entire town has worked together for many years to eliminate synthetic chemicals such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers in order to ensure food safety and health.
Producer's thoughts : We are proud of Aya Town's natural ecosystem agriculture and continue to protect it. Our greatest wish is for children to be healthy, and we are happy to be able to help, even in a small way.

Kitaura Town, Miyazaki Prefecture
Shinkaiya
Production area : Kitaura-cho, Nobeoka City, located in the northern part of Miyazaki Prefecture, on the border with Oita Prefecture. Facing the Hyuga Nada Sea, Kitaura-cho is a thriving fishing town and is one of Japan's leading producers of marine farmed fish. Shinkai-ya fillets and vacuum-packs fish caught that same day.
Producer's thoughts : We are confident in the quality and safety of our products. We are very happy that the first fish that you eat is our fish, and as I have children myself, I hope that they will grow up healthy and strong.

Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture
Yoshitama Livestock
Production area : Nobeoka city, in the north of Miyazaki prefecture. Yoshitama Livestock's pork is made using EM bacteria (good bacteria) in the feed and bedding of the pigs, which improves the intestinal environment of the pigs and the microbial environment of the entire farm, resulting in meat that aims to have a traditional taste, as the pigs are raised in a healthy manner.
Producer's thoughts : Because the pigs are raised without being fed anything unnecessary, they take longer to grow than normal breeding, and are shipped about 1-2 months later. Because the pigs are raised at a natural pace, you can enjoy "juicy pork with sweet fat." We are proud of this pork, as it is the first thing babies will eat. We were happy when we heard people say, "Even if they can't eat other meat, my child will eat our pork."

Aya Town, Miyazaki Prefecture
Hayakawa Farm
Production area : We are engaged in natural ecosystem agriculture in Aya Town, Higashimorokata County, Miyazaki Prefecture, a town of evergreen broad-leaved forests. Life is nurtured by food. We work with nature every day to produce vegetables that are full of vitality and give you energy, with the hope that we can be of use to and bring joy to many people.
Producer's thoughts : We treasure the fields, which are part of the earth, and the soil, the source of life, and grow seasonal produce that receives plenty of natural energy in an environmentally friendly, circular manner. Our commitment to not using pesticides means that we are unable to ensure a stable supply of leafy vegetables, and sometimes our harvest is only 20% or 50% of the usual amount.
Vegetables that have been damaged by insects can be returned to soil and regenerated with the energy of the soil. [To grow healthy vegetables, you need healthy soil.] The microorganisms in the soil regenerate the soil, and the vegetables absorb that energy. This is how "safe and delicious vegetables" grow.
We are happy that our children eat our vegetables. We raised our children on these vegetables, so we can confidently recommend them.
