Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are possible only in case of incorrect product arrangements or defective products.
Please contact our contact person within 5 days of receiving the product.
If the product or delivery is defective, we will bear the return shipping costs.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.

*You can cancel your baby food plan by contact form or by phone.
*If you cancel by the next payment date, you will not be billed for the next and subsequent payments.
*We do not accept pro-rated refunds.
