We use "Kintaro Buri" (yellowtail) farmed in Kitaura-cho, Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, which faces the Hyuga Sea. This yellowtail is carefully raised by professionals in a prime Miyazaki fishing ground with swift currents and harvested at the peak of its flavor. By keeping the number of fish per pen lower than the standard, the fish maintain a high level of physical activity, reducing stress during growth and resulting in healthy fish with a light, clean fat content.

Yellowtail is rich in high-quality protein, which plays an essential role in building muscles, skin, blood, and organs. It is also packed with DHA and EPA, which support brain and nerve development.
