Ingredient Checklist

Have you started weaning your baby, but find yourself wondering, "What should I feed them next?" or "I've lost track of which foods they've already tried..."?

At "Hiyori no Wagohan," where we offer guidance on how to progress with weaning, we are giving away a free "Ingredient Checklist" to help you keep a record of the foods you've introduced to your baby.

Please fill out the required fields to apply.

What is the Ingredient Checklist?

The "Ingredient Checklist" is a tracking sheet that allows you to record the foods your baby has eaten while organizing those you plan to introduce next.

As your baby starts eating a wider variety of foods, it can become difficult to keep track, leaving you asking, "Have they had this before?" or "What foods haven't we tried yet?"

By using the Ingredient Checklist to record what your baby has eaten, you can easily track their weaning progress visually, which will also be helpful for your daily meal preparation.

  • Check off foods your baby has already eaten.
  • See at a glance which foods have not yet been introduced.
  • Organize your baby's weaning progress.
  • Use as a reference when you're not sure what to feed them next.

This is recommended not only for those who have just started weaning but also for those whose babies have started eating a wider variety of foods.

Recommended for:

  • Those who have just started weaning.
  • Those who are worried about how to proceed with weaning.
  • Those who want to keep a record of what their baby has eaten.
  • Those who want to organize which foods their baby has yet to try.
  • Those who feel a bit anxious about preparing baby food every day.
