How to use
Heat in vacuum packed container at boiling point for 3 minutes.
Let it cool a little and serve on a plate. The ideal temperature is body temperature.
Mixing fish or meat into rice or thickening it with water-dissolved potato starch makes it even easier to eat.
The hardness and amount that can be eaten varies from person to person, so keep an eye on your baby and proceed without forcing them.
When introducing new foods to someone, heat small amounts and eat only one type at a time so that you can pinpoint the cause if you become ill.
*The vacuum pack will be very hot immediately after being heated in hot water, so please be careful not to get burned.
*When feeding to children, please make sure the temperature is appropriate to avoid burns.
*Do not refreeze as this may damage the original quality, such as taste, nutrition, flavor, color, and texture.
