日向灘に面した、宮崎県延岡市北浦町で養殖されている「金太郎ぶり」を使用しています。宮崎の潮流の早い好漁場でプロが大切に育て、美味しい時期を見極めて漁獲されたブリ。1つのイケスに対する魚の数を標準よりも少なくし、豊富な運動量をキープし、生育におけるストレスを減らし健康体でさっぱりとした脂ののった魚に仕上げられています。

ぶりは良質なたんぱく質が豊富（筋肉や皮膚、血液や臓器を作る大切な役割をする）。また、脳や神経の発達をサポートするDHA・EPAも豊富に含まれています。
