A new product, "Caviar Fish," has been added to our lineup of popular white fish.

"Cultivated caviar fish" from Miyazaki Prefecture can be eaten from the early stages of 5 months onwards. Miyazaki caviar fish, which are raised in a rich natural environment, are high in protein and have beautiful, transparent flesh!
It has been likened to the umami flavor of sea bream and the texture of pufferfish, and goes well with any dish, making it an easy ingredient to incorporate into your diet.
