Until now, we have indicated that it should be cooked in hot water for 3 minutes, but we have improved this to make it even easier to use.
We would like to introduce three new ways to warm your skin to body temperature.
3 ways to warm up to body temperature
- Heat in a water bath for approximately 2 minutes in enough hot water to completely cover the product.
- Soak in boiling water for 3 minutes. Just soak in boiling water. You can also use boiled water from a kettle or a water server in a heat-resistant container and soak it in it.
- Squeeze the frozen mixture into a heat-resistant container and microwave for 1 minute. The recommended microwave time is 1 minute at 500W.
*We recommend step 1 and 2 as heat can be unevenly distributed in the microwave.
